How to Use the 14 Panel Saliva Test
1. Ensure the test device and sample are at room temperature (60-86°F).
2. Donor should not eat, drink, or smoke for at least 10 minutes before testing.
3. Use the included collection swab to collect saliva by sweeping inside the mouth
(cheeks, gums, tongue) several times until the saturation indicator shows a
sufficient sample.
4. Insert the swab into the test device and lock it securely in place.
5. Keep the device upright and wait for the test to run (10 minutes for drug tests, 2-3
minutes for alcohol detection).
6. Dispose of the device as biohazard waste after use, or send it to a lab for
confirmation if results are presumptively positive.

Interpreting Results
* Positive: A line appears in the control region (C), and no line appears in the test
region (T). This indicates that the drug concentration exceeds the cut-off level.
* Negative: Two lines appear (one in the control region (C) and another in the test
region (T). This indicates the drug concentration is below the cut-off level.
* Invalid: No line appears in the control region (C), indicating a potential error.
Repeat the test with a new device.
For alcohol tests, color change on the reaction pad indicates the presence of alcohol
and estimates its concentration levels.
