At Buy Drug Test Cup, we stand behind the products we sell and want our customers to receive the products they ordered in good condition.

Because many of our products are drug-testing, specimen-collection, diagnostic, forensic, professional-use, medical, or related products, we must also protect the integrity and safety of products that may be returned to inventory.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Buy Drug Test Cup / BuyDrugTestCup.com, unless different return terms have been expressly agreed to in writing.

1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Undamaged
  • Unaltered
  • Unexpired
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by all original components, instructions, and accessories

Proof of purchase may be required.

Products returned without authorization or products that do not satisfy these requirements may be refused.

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Customers must contact Buy Drug Test Cup before returning merchandise.

Buy Drug Test Cup may provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and/or specific return instructions.

Do not return merchandise to our warehouse without first obtaining return authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may experience delays in processing.

3. 15% RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns of correctly supplied standard merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee is calculated using the eligible product purchase price and deducted from the refund.

Example

If eligible merchandise originally cost $1,000:

  • Product Purchase Price: $1,000
  • 15% Restocking Fee: $150
  • Maximum Product Refund: $850

Any applicable non-refundable shipping, freight, handling, or other charges will also be deducted.

4. SHIPPING AND FREIGHT CHARGES

Original shipping, freight, expedited shipping, handling, and other transportation-related charges are non-refundable, unless the return resulted from a verified error made by Buy Drug Test Cup or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers returning merchandise because they no longer want or need the product are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned merchandise should be securely packaged and shipped using an insured and traceable shipping method.

Buy Drug Test Cup is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during customer-arranged return transportation.

5. PRODUCTS SHIPPED IN ERROR

If Buy Drug Test Cup ships an incorrect product or quantity, please contact us promptly.

After verification, Buy Drug Test Cup will determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Replacement merchandise
  • Return authorization
  • Store or account credit
  • Refund

When merchandise is returned solely because of a verified Buy Drug Test Cup shipping error:

  • The 15% restocking fee will not apply.
  • Authorized standard return-shipping charges will be covered by Buy Drug Test Cup.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after delivery.

If merchandise arrives damaged or is believed to be defective, please notify Buy Drug Test Cup as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 5 business days of delivery.

We may request information including:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Product name
  • SKU
  • Lot number
  • Expiration date
  • Quantity affected
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of shipping cartons or packaging
  • Description of the problem
  • Storage conditions
  • Testing procedure used
  • Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim

Please retain the affected product and its packaging until instructed otherwise.

Do not destroy or discard products involved in a quality or defect complaint without authorization from Buy Drug Test Cup.

If merchandise is verified to have been defective when supplied, Buy Drug Test Cup may provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.

The 15% restocking fee does not apply to merchandise verified to have been defective when supplied.

7. SHIPPING DAMAGE

Customers should inspect packages promptly upon delivery.

For larger freight shipments, shipping cartons and pallets should be inspected before acceptance whenever reasonably possible.

Visible shipping or freight damage should be documented with the carrier, and photographs should be taken whenever possible.

Please notify Buy Drug Test Cup promptly regarding damaged shipments so we can assist with the applicable carrier claim.

Failure to report obvious shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to recover damages from the shipping carrier.

8. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to by Buy Drug Test Cup in writing, the following items are FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken, altered, or removed seals
  • Products not returned in their original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Expired products
  • Products improperly stored or handled after delivery
  • Merchandise returned more than 30 days after receipt
  • Clearance merchandise identified as final sale
  • Closeout merchandise identified as final sale
  • Special-order products
  • Custom-configured products
  • Private-label products
  • OEM products
  • Customer-branded products
  • Custom-manufactured products
  • Customer-specific packaging
  • Customer-specific labeling
  • Products manufactured or procured specifically for a customer
  • Products that cannot legally, safely, or reasonably be returned to inventory or resold

Buy Drug Test Cup reserves the right to refuse a return when the packaging integrity, storage history, temperature exposure, contamination status, handling history, or condition of a drug-testing, diagnostic, specimen-collection, medical, or related product cannot reasonably be verified.

9. PRIVATE LABEL, OEM AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Private-label, OEM, custom-configured, custom-manufactured, specially packaged, and customer-branded products are produced or acquired specifically for an individual customer and are therefore generally FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all applicable:

  • Artwork
  • Logos
  • Spelling
  • Branding
  • Product configurations
  • Drug panels
  • Cutoff levels
  • Packaging
  • Labels
  • Quantities
  • Product specifications
  • Regulatory wording
  • Proofs

Once artwork or specifications have been approved and production or procurement has begun:

THE ORDER MAY NOT BE CANCELED, RETURNED, REFUNDED, OR EXCHANGED, except where expressly agreed to by Buy Drug Test Cup in writing or required by applicable law.

Customer approval constitutes authorization for production according to the approved specifications.

10. WHOLESALE, DISTRIBUTOR AND RESELLER RETURNS

Unless different written terms apply, eligible standard products purchased by wholesale customers, distributors, or resellers may be returned within 30 days of receipt under this Return & Refund Policy.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee; and
  • Non-refundable original shipping and freight charges.

Truckload orders, container orders, special-production runs, specially negotiated purchases, and unusually large-volume orders may have separate return or cancellation terms provided on the applicable quotation, invoice, contract, purchase order, or order acknowledgment.

Where specifically agreed terms differ from this general Return & Refund Policy, the specifically agreed terms will control.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Standard orders may only be canceled before fulfillment and when approved by Buy Drug Test Cup.

An order may no longer be cancelable once it has entered warehouse processing, been prepared for shipment, or been shipped.

Private-label, custom, OEM, special-order, and specially procured merchandise generally cannot be canceled after production or procurement has begun.

12. REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information.

If an order is returned because the customer:

  • Refused delivery
  • Provided an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed to accept delivery
  • Failed to retrieve a shipment
  • Otherwise caused the shipment to be returned through no fault of Buy Drug Test Cup

then applicable original shipping costs, return freight charges, carrier fees, and related costs may be deducted from any amount otherwise eligible for refund.

If the merchandise otherwise remains eligible for return, the applicable 15% restocking fee may also apply.

13. INTERNATIONAL SALES

International sales are generally final and non-returnable unless Buy Drug Test Cup specifically authorizes a return in writing.

International returns may involve additional regulatory, customs, transportation, product-integrity, and re-importation restrictions.

International customers are responsible for confirming that products ordered from Buy Drug Test Cup may lawfully be imported, possessed, distributed, sold, and used within their country or jurisdiction.

Buy Drug Test Cup is not responsible for a customer’s failure to comply with applicable import or local regulatory requirements.

14. EXPIRATION DATES

Drug-testing and related products are supplied with manufacturer-established expiration dates.

Unless a specific minimum remaining shelf-life requirement was expressly agreed to in writing before the order was placed, receiving an otherwise compliant and unexpired product does not constitute a defect merely because the customer expected a later expiration date.

Customers purchasing large quantities are responsible for considering their anticipated usage and inventory requirements before placing an order.

15. RETURN INSPECTION

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.

Receipt of merchandise at our warehouse does not automatically mean that the return has been accepted or that a refund has been approved.

Buy Drug Test Cup may verify:

  • Product condition
  • Packaging integrity
  • Quantity
  • Lot information
  • Expiration date
  • Product seals
  • Accessories and components
  • Evidence of use
  • Storage or handling issues
  • Eligibility under this Return & Refund Policy

If a returned product does not qualify for a refund, Buy Drug Test Cup will determine the appropriate disposition of the merchandise.

16. REFUNDS

After an approved return has been received and inspected, the eligible refund will ordinarily be calculated as follows:

MINUS 15% Restocking Fee

MINUS Non-Refundable Shipping/Freight Charges

MINUS Other Applicable Charges

The 15% restocking fee does not apply when merchandise is returned solely because of a verified Buy Drug Test Cup shipping error or a verified defect that existed when the product was supplied.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original method of payment. Where that is not reasonably possible, another commercially reasonable refund method may be used.

Processing times imposed by banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or other financial institutions are outside the control of Buy Drug Test Cup.

17. MARKETPLACE PURCHASES

Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or another third-party marketplace may be subject to the applicable marketplace’s own return procedures and policies.

When required by the applicable marketplace, customers should initiate the return directly through that marketplace.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces may not be eligible for direct return processing through BuyDrugTestCup.com.

18. POLICY ABUSE AND FRAUD

Buy Drug Test Cup reserves the right, consistent with applicable law, to reject fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or bad-faith return requests.

Examples may include attempts to:

  • Return used merchandise as unused
  • Substitute merchandise
  • Manipulate or alter lot information
  • Misrepresent shipping damage
  • Submit fraudulent defect claims
  • Repeatedly abuse return privileges
  • Return products purchased from another supplier
  • Misrepresent the condition or history of returned merchandise

19. FLORIDA AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAW

This Return & Refund Policy is intended to clearly disclose the terms applicable to purchases made from Buy Drug Test Cup.

Nothing in this Policy eliminates, limits, or restricts any consumer or purchaser right that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
