15% RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns of correctly supplied standard merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING
Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited-delivery, and similar transportation charges are generally non-refundable.

14. WHOLESALE, DISTRIBUTOR AND RESELLER ORDERS
Wholesale customers, distributors, and resellers are subject to these Terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Eligible non-custom wholesale merchandise may be returned under the applicable 30-day return policy and is generally subject to:

should not automatically be considered a definitive laboratory-confirmed result.
